Deep snow, powder and perfect slopes
The Rauris ski area with its fantastic views is not one of the largest, but one of the most beautiful in the Salzburg winter sports region. The slopes are varied and family-friendly with its own children's meadow, children's ski school and baby meadow in the valley. Away from the secured Slopes, the area is an insider tip for deep snow skiers. The top ski areas in Salzburg are in the immediate vicinity.
Cross-country skiing
Classic or skating?
at Cross-country skiers know the Rauris Valley for the perfectly groomed and snow-sure trails. All levels of difficulty are available over a total of 30 km and are suitable for beginners to top athletes. By the way: You can reach the high-altitude trail in Bucheben with the free valley bus. There are other cross-country trails in the sports region just a few minutes away by car.

Toboggan right in front of our Garden Lodge
The winter wonderland of Rauris offers you two toboggan runs. You can use the Kreuzboden toboggan run for sports on foot or by lift. This is partially illuminated and perfect for your evening activity - by the way, here you can toboggan right in front of the front door of our Garden Lodge. The natural toboggan run in Kolm is guaranteed at the end of the resort valley Saigurn grandiose views.
